20 minutes to find my breath
Where does it live?
Where is it?
Where does it hide?
head pressing against the earth,
I lie restless, fickle, anxious waiting for my lungs to give me a sign,
Finding solidity in radius/ ulna against the floor at right angles, like an anchor providing weight and security,
now we're talking
Are there other parts of the body that provide anchorage?
Are there other body parts that connect with the earth underneath?
Find them, enjoy them, roll over them
Find the pleasure ....
